Several safety precautions to be noted during the swirling electrolysis of titanium anodes

创建于05.21
When conducting swirl electrolysis with titanium anodes, to ensure operational safety, reduce the chance of other equipment being corroded by the electrolyte, and also for the preliminary rinsing of cathode copper, it is recommended to flush the electrolytic cell before opening (or handling) it. In addition, during product collection, it is recommended that the electrolytic cell be in a "full" state, so that when the cathode product is taken out of the electrolytic cell, it can play an additional "lubricating" role. Generally speaking, the electrolytic cell needs to be flushed under the following circumstances: before product collection and before the maintenance of the electrolytic cell. Under normal circumstances, the product collection of the swirl electrolysis device is carried out when the power is off. Therefore, the module is generally flushed with flushing water.
Open the flushing water valve to make "clean" water flow into the electrolytic cell module through the pipeline. The flushing of the electrolytic cell depends on the replacement of the electrolyte by the flushing water flowing through the electrolysis device. Therefore, at the beginning of flushing, the electrolyte still exists in the module. When the replacement of the electrolyte is completed, the outlet of the solution pipe is connected to the flushing liquid storage tank. A better solution is to empty the electrolyte through the drain valves at the bottom of each row of electrolytic cells and then flush, which can reduce the cross - contamination between the flushing water and the electrolyte. Before re - introducing the electrolyte into the electrolytic cell, the flushing liquid should be drained. The operating procedure for re - introducing the electrolyte is the opposite of the above process.
At the same time, the following precautions should also be noted when starting and stopping the swirl electrolysis device:
1) Start the frequency converter and solution pump, establish the flow rate through the electrolysis module, and ensure that the air in the cell body has been emptied.
2) Check the flow rate according to the process parameters, adjust the frequency of the frequency converter, and adjust the flow rate to the set value.
3) Turn on the rectifier device.
4) Adjust the rectifier device to the set value (the rectifier device is in a constant - current state).
